• Broad UX project team experience working with other interaction designers, visual designers, editors, and usability engineers, as well as an understanding of other team members' deliverables and processes within a user-centered design model.
• Ability to collaborate well with business and technology partners.
• Experienced interpreter of visual style guides and creating assets consistent with company brand standards as well as established industry best practices (Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 6 - Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Experience in usability design, navigation design, online content organization, IA/taxonomy creation, and search optimization; knowledge of web usability principles, with a professional designation a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with respect to creating design deliverables and assets.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
