Job Description Please note this position supports our Weekend
Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 AM to 3:00
PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10%
pay premium.Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at
a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Please note that pursuant
to a government contract, this specific position requires US

will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the Manual
cell, using various liquid and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation
of every micro-electronics module. On the TACAIR Microwave Factory
on a variety of products including 56C and EPAWSSAs a Microwave
Technician on 4th Shift ( Weekend Days ) you will make impacts in
the following ways;
- Fabricate and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit
modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and
sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for wire
and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding
machines or using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and
place machine.
- Fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit
modules and sub-assemblies.Because of the need for consistent,
in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work
onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be
performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma and/or GED with 1 year of related work
experience
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of
time.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet
epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to
modules/housings). Familiar with working with a wide variety of
adhesives and epoxy's.
- Able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
- Familiar with MIL-STD-883Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$39820 - $63690Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
